Chicken Catanzaro Style
1 Whole Chicken, Cut Up
4-5 Cloves Fresh Garlic
1 Large Onion, Sliced Thick
½ Cup Olive Oil
1 Pound Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced Thick
1 Cup Red Wine
½ Cup Fresh Basil
1 Bunch Fresh Parsley (Flat) Chopped Rough
1 Large Red Pepper
1 Large Green Pepper
1 Jar Catanzaro Pasta Sauce®
½ Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
1 Teaspoon Fresh or Dry Rosemary
1 Teaspoon (pinch) Black Pepper
Salt to Taste

Catanzaro’s® Meatballs 
2 jars Catanzaro Pasta Sauce®
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 cup season breadcrumbs
1 cup Romano Cheese
3 eggs
1 oz garlic powder
1 oz. onion powder
4-5 fresh basil leaves
¾ cup cold milk

2 cups cooked Cannellini Beans
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
8 oz. pancetta or Italian sausage
1 medium white onion
6 cloves fresh garlic

1 cup chicken stock
½ lb. Pasta (your choice)
½ cup Romano Cheese
4-5 fresh basil leaves
